Buyer's Rights and Return Policy

Limpioproductos.es guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their order at any time and free of charge, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

The Customer will have a period of fourteen days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product.

The consumer will be able to unseal the product and make a minimum use of it to determine its good condition and functioning. The consumer and user will only be liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

The Client shall inform The Seller within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, of his/her wish to exercise the right to terminate the contract.

The product must be returned in the original packaging. The amount of the return shall consist of the price of the product minus the shipping costs within 14 calendar days from the date on which the seller has been informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction. unless otherwise expressly provided by the consumer and provided that the consumer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund. In these cases, the Seller will refund the purchase money by crediting the credit card, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by crediting the customer's personal account. If a product other than the one requested by the customer is delivered by mistake by the Seller, the Seller will be removed and the correct product will be delivered to the Seller without any additional charge to the buyer.

The Customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address to which the requested order can be delivered within the normal hours of delivery of goods (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00).

In the event of non-compliance by the Client with this obligation, limpioproductos.es shall have no liability for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the Client.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Limpioproductos.es, represented by Angela Rosalia Molina, is based in Spain, and these Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations.

In the event of any conflict, claims or complaints arising from or related to the use of this website will be subject to the aforementioned legislation, without prejudice to the principles governing conflicts of laws applicable to each case.

Claims or complaints against limpioproductos.es arising from or related to the purchase and sale of any of limpioproductos.es's products through this website will be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction located at the Buyer's domicile.

If you access this site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local and international laws.

Product Delivery Forms and Times

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes, with no surprises in your shopping cart. Delivery times for goods are from 4 to 20 business days, depending on your purchase.

We currently do not serve Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and Balearic Islands.
